Salon Etiquette
March 30, 2017We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late for your appointment, service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests.
Please provide a 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced. If you fail to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation while using a, gift certificates, your certificate will be null and void. Time is valuable, to you and to us!
We accept all major credit cards, as well cash.
Gratuity is greatly appreciated, however we can not accept gratuities on credit cards. If you would like to tip us, please plan ahead. Thank you!
